Ordering, Postage and Refunds

Online ordering is available for those plants that are suitable to be sent out by post. Not all plants are available at all times, We only send plants out when we are happy they are well rooted in their pots.

'Add to bag' buttons will order one plant, if you require more than one of each you can change the quantity in the shopping basket. Payment is by credit card via Worldpay or Paypal.

You can not order by telephone or email.

Postage and Packaging

Package and postage is calculated in the shopping basket and is based on the number of house plants, £3.99 is the minimum charge. Postage is free on orders over £75. Plants can only be posted within the UK.
House Plants are sent by Royal Mail Parcels.
We try to despatch plants within a few days of receiving your order but at busy times of the year this could take up to two weeks.


We use specially designed packaging made of stiff recycled plastic (if required) to protect your plants in transit when they are in leafy growth, this is usually only for house plants. Alternatively they will be packed in paper. All plants are then packed into cardboard boxes.

Returns and Refunds

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
