Ordering, Postage and Refunds

Online ordering is available for those plants that are suitable to be sent out by post. Not all plants are available at all times, We only send plants out when we am happy they are well rooted in their pots. Some plants become too large to be posted during the summer months and during the colder months some will show very little leaf.

'Add to bag' buttons will order one plant, if you require more than one of each you can change the quantity in the shopping basket. Payment is by credit card via Paypal, you don't need to sign up for an account.

You can also order by telephone or email and pay by cheque or credit card. Plants can also be ordered by telephone or email and collected and paid for at the shows we are attending.

Postage and Packaging

Package and postage is calculated in the shopping basket and is based on the weight of the plants, £3.50 is the minimum charge. Postage is free on orders over £75. Plants can only be posted within the UK.
Plants are only posted Monday to Wednesday so they do not remain in the courier system over the weekend. Small parcels will be sent via Royal Mail.
We try to despatch plants within a few days of receiving your order but at busy times of the year this could take up to two weeks.

Packaging

We use specially designed packaging made of stiff recycled plastic (if required) to protect your plants in transit when they are in leafy growth. Alternatively they will be packed in paper. All plants are then packed into recycled cardboard boxes.
